A family-owned garden retail business in Burford is seeking enthusiastic full-time retail sales assistants. We are looking for engaging and knowledgeable full time retail sales assistants who have an interest in our products. We are always particularly happy to hear from people who have an interest in gardening or are passionate about food!
You will help to drive sales, provide customers with exceptional service and advice, leading to long term customer loyalty, whilst maintaining stock replenishment and high visual merchandising standards.
Please note that all full-time retail positions involve working a two-week rolling rota with fixed day(s) off during the week and includes working alternate weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Burford Garden Company offer competitive rates of pay, a generous staff discount and additional perks.
