Job summary

DCK Group in Blackpool is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant (2.5 hours per week) to support in-store merchandising and customer service. You will work with a Team Leader to ensure stock is displayed correctly and promotions are set up, while building relationships with host teams to boost sales.

The role requires a customer-focused, friendly and proactive attitude, with the ability to travel between stores within the zone as needed. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are advised.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing settings; fashion brands are a plus.
• Sales or retail sales experience preferred.
• Access to a smartphone with up-to-date OS (Apple or Android).

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products according to visual guidelines.
• Handle deliveries of new stock to the store.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in-store.
• Set up promotional activities and displays.
• Collaborate with host management teams to identify sales opportunities.

Role Title - Retail Assistant- Blackpool - 2.5 hours per week

Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and have a full driving licence.

Shift Pattern - 2.5 Wednesday

Working hours: The required start time for this role is between 9:00am and 5:00pm.

Our Retail Assistants provide face to face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we provide:

You will be based in Blackpool butmay berequired to travel to different stores within your zone. We are looking for those who are available to start as soon as possible.

You will be working alongside a Team Leader, who will provide you with coaching and ongoing support. Being tech savvy is desirable as we use quite a few apps to make working here as smooth as possible.

Job role:

You will need to be customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude.

You will complete various instore activities which include:

• Merchandising our product to our visual merchandising guidelines

• Putting out deliveries of new stock

• Maintaining housekeeping standards

• Setting up promotional activities

• You will be working with the host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.

Please note - The Christmas period is our busiest time and therefore we are unable to authorise any leave in December, please bear this in mind when applying.

Requirements;

• Prior experience in a customer facing setting is required, fashion brands are a plus.

• Sales and or retail sales experience is preferred

• Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with the most up to date operating systems
