Job summary

DCKgroup is hiring a Retail Sales Merchandiser in Cambridge for a 4-hour weekly role. You will work two Mondays and two Fridays with start times between 9:00am and 10:00am. You must have your own vehicle and a full driving licence.

In-store duties include merchandising to guidelines, stock deliveries, and maintaining standards while building strong host relationships. Salary is £12.71 per hour with mileage and parking expenses paid, pension, life assurance, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is preferred.
• Sales or retail experience is preferred.
• Access to a smartphone with Android 8.1+ or iOS 13.4+.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise product according to visual guidelines.
• Unpack and put out deliveries of new stock.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in-store.
• Set up and run promotional activities.

Role Title - Retail Sales Merchandiser - Cambridge - 4 hours per week

Shift pattern - 2 Monday & 2 Friday

Working hours:

The required start time for this role is between 9:00am and 10:00am.

Our Retail Assistants provide face to face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we provide:

You will be based in Cambridge butmay berequired to travel to different stores within your zone. We are looking for those who are available to start as soon as possible.

You will be working alongside a Team Leader, who will provide you with coaching and ongoing support. Being tech savvy is desirable as we use quite a few apps to make working here as smooth as possible.

Job role:

You will need to be customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude.

You will complete various instore activities which include:

• Merchandising our product to our visual merchandising guidelines
• Putting out deliveries of new stock
• Maintaining housekeeping standards
• Setting up promotional activities
• You will be working with the host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.

Please note - The Christmas period is our busiest time and therefore we are unable to authorise any leave in December, please bear this in mind when applying.

Requirements;

• Prior experience in a customer facing setting is preferred, working in retail or with fashion brands is a plus.
• Sales and or retail sales experience is preferred
• Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating systems of eitherAndroid 8.1 or later OR Apple IOS is 13.4 or later
