Wren Kitchens Limited is seeking a Retail Sales Designer for our Yeovil showroom. You will meet and greet customers, create inspirational kitchen and bedroom designs, and manage the end-to-end journey. Experience in design is not essential; a proactive, target-driven approach is key.

The role is 40 hours per week with a basic salary of £26,440 plus uncapped commission and an OTE of £50k. Training, career progression, and staff benefits are included.

• Experience meeting sales targets in a retail environment is desirable.

• Available to work shifts including some evenings and weekends.

• Follow up all customer enquiries in a timely manner.

• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date order bank keeping in touch with each customer.
