Job summary

Wren Kitchens Limited in Crawley is seeking a Retail Sales Designer to greet customers, create inspirational kitchen and bedroom designs, and manage the end-to-end Wren journey. No strict design experience is required if you are target-driven and proactive.

The role is 40 hours per week with a basic salary of £26,440 plus uncapped commission, offering an OTE of £50k. Training is provided, including a residential week at our Academy in Barton-upon-Humber.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers with design ideas that convert into sales.
• Promote products, services, financial options and installation.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and follow up.
• Ensure customers have a seamless end-to-end journey from start to finish.
• Maintain an accurate order bank and contact with customers.

About The Role

We're looking for a Retail Sales Designer to join our team in the Crawley Showroom!

You’ll be responsible for meeting and greeting our customers, producing inspirational kitchen and bedroom designs and managing the end-to-end Wren journey. Kitchen or Bedroom Design experience is not essential, just a target driven, pro-active approach.

This role offers 40 hours per week with a basic salary of £26,440 plus uncapped commission, OTE £50k.

Main Responsibilities:

• Inspire customers with creative kitchen and bedroom designs that convert into sales
• Promote additional products and services including financial options and installation
• Follow up all customer enquiries in a timely manner
• Ensure customers enjoy a world class journey from start to finish
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date order bank keeping in touch with each and every customer

In addition to any other duties, as a responsible personyou must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You
