Wren Kitchens Limited in the Bury St Edmunds showroom is seeking a Retail Sales Designer to turn inspiration into tangible layouts and sales. You will greet customers, design kitchens and bedrooms, and guide them through the complete Wren journey with a target-driven approach.

The role is 40 hours per week with a £26,440 base salary plus uncapped commission, OTE around £50k, and world-class training. Evening and weekend shifts are required, with strong progression opportunities within the

About The Role

We're looking for a Retail Sales Designer to join our team in the Bury St Edmunds Showroom!
You’ll be responsible for meeting and greeting our customers, producing inspirational kitchen and bedroom designs and managing the end-to-end Wren journey. Kitchen or Bedroom Design experience is not essential, just a target driven, pro-active approach.
This role offers 40 hours per week with a basic salary of £26,440 plus uncapped commission, OTE £50k.

Main Responsibilities:

• Inspire customers with creative kitchen and bedroom designs that convert into sales
• Promote additional products and services including financial options and installation
• Follow up all customer enquiries in a timely manner
• Ensure customers enjoy a world class journey from start to finish
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date order bank keeping in touch with each and every customer

In addition to any other duties, as a responsible personyou must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You

Desired Skills and Knowledge:

• Previous experience working to sales targets in a retail environment is desirable
• A creative mindset with an eye for detail
• A commitment to customer satisfaction
• Available to work shifts including some evenings and weekends
