Job summary

Wren Kitchens in Erdington, Birmingham, is seeking a Retail Sales Designer to greet customers and design inspirational kitchens and bedrooms. The role focuses on converting interest into sales with a proactive, target-driven approach, and no strict design background is required.

Working 34 hours per week, you receive a £22,474 base salary plus uncapped commission with an OTE of £50k, extensive product training, and access to staff benefits, including discounts and progression opportunities

About The Role

We're looking for a Retail Sales Designer to join our team in the Erdington Showroom! You’ll be responsible for meeting and greeting our customers, producing inspirational kitchen and bedroom designs and managing the end-to-end Wren journey. Kitchen or Bedroom Design experience is not essential, just a target driven, pro‑active approach.

This role offers 34 hours per week with a basic salary of £22,474 plus uncapped commission, OTE £50k.

Main Responsibilities

• Inspire customers with creative kitchen and bedroom designs that convert into sales
• Promote additional products and services including financial options and installation
• Follow up all customer enquiries in a timely manner
• Ensure customers enjoy a world class journey from start to finish
• Maintain an accurate and up‑to‑date order bank keeping in touch with each and every customer

In addition to any other duties, as a responsible personyou must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You
