A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Sales Consultant in East Midlands to provide exceptional customer service in a home design showroom. The ideal candidate has sales or customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer engagement. This is a full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary and additional bonuses.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within a retail or design-led environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer engagement.
  • Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple client interactions.
  • Willingness to work 5 days per week, including Saturdays.

Role and Responsibilities

As a sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in providing a first-class customer experience from initial enquiry through to final sale. You’ll use your product knowledge, communication skills, and design flair to guide customers through their purchasing journey turning ideas into reality.
