Job summary

PVH Corp.'s Calvin Klein brand is seeking a Sales Associate for its Manchester store. You will connect with customers, provide outstanding service, and act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor.

You will help shoppers with product knowledge, styling, and recommendations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will handle discounts, respond to queries, and contribute to KPIs while keeping the store tidy, well-presented, and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to adapt quickly on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• First point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries.
• Being a brand ambassador, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with our customers.
• Outfit building for customers and making further product recommendations.
• Assessing customers’ needs and providing assistance and information on product features.
• Driving store KPIs and suggesting ways to improve.
• Ensuring shop and stock room maintenance, presentation and organization issues are addressed in an appropriate manner.
