Job summary

Cotton Traders in Northampton is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. You will be working with colleagues to deliver an engaging customer experience and support store operations. Qualifications

• Age 18 or above due to store opening/closing and lone working.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a true and honest customer experience, treating customers as you would like to be treated.
• Helping to merchandise the store in line with brand guidance.
• Managing store stockrooms, ensuring replenishment and stock control.
• Serving customers in a helpful and pleasant manner.
