Shop Assistant – Oliver’s Bakery (Rothwell, Kettering)

Part-Time and Full-Time Positions Available

Up to 20 hours per week (Part-Time) | Permanent Contract

Early shifts from 6am required | Saturday working on a rota

About the Role

As a Shop Assistant, you will play an important part in the day-to‑day running of our bakery shop. You’ll support customers, keep the shop well‑presented, assist with product preparation and ensure every visitor receives the warm, welcoming Oliver’s experience we’re known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Serving customers and delivering excellent customer service
• Operating the EPOS till system
• Stock rotation and product replenishment
• Visual merchandising and maintaining shop standards
• Pricing and labelling products
• Light baking‑off of goods
• General cleaning duties
• End‑of‑day cashing up (as required)
