A leading convenience retailer in Saltash is seeking a Store Colleague/Sales Assistant to provide first-class customer service and maintain store presentation. This part-time role, requiring 10 hours per week, offers employee discounts and other benefits. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Required for 10.00 hours per week. As a Store Colleague/Sales Assistant at McColls, the second largest multiple convenience operator in the UK, you will ensure customers receive first‑class service every visit. Your role includes promoting products through active selling, operating till and cash, stock control, merchandising and supporting store management by maintaining a clean, well‑presented store.
You will build relationships with customers and colleagues, help promote products and provide excellent customer service.
