Overview

Our store teams are that warm arm of reassurance, that friendly face to offer incredible product insight, product knowledge & trust. Whether it be our in‑store personal shopping experiences, car seat consultations, in‑store parent‑to‑be events, or someone to help guide our customers along their own unique parenting journey, we are there to make sure buying that first pram, cot, baby‑changing table or outfit for a baby’s 1st birthday is a magical moment they’ll cherish forever.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

As a Sales Assistant / Consultant you will: provide product insight and knowledge; offer personal shopping experiences; conduct car seat consultations; assist customers in finding items such as prams, cots, baby‑changing tables and baby‑wear; help guide customers along their unique parenting journey; and make each interaction a magical moment. The role covers 8 hours per week – Thursday 4–8 p.m. and Saturday 3–7 p.m. Candidates who come from a retail, sales or customer‑service background and love putting a smile on a customer’s face will be considered.
