Job summary

Sky is looking for a customer-focused Retail Sales Advisor in Southampton. You will help customers connect with entertainment products and services, turning interest into sales through confident conversations and live demos.

This role is based in Sky's store at West Quay Shopping Centre, Southampton, with a 40-hour week, including weekends. Enjoy Sky TV on us, exclusive discounts, a pension plan, healthcare, and retailer savings.

• Salary: £28,177 basic salary, with a competitive commission scheme — earn on every product that activates.
• Retail customer hub: West Quay Shopping Centre, Southampton (Sky store locator)
• Hours: 40 hours per week (working 5 days out of 7, including weekends and varied daily hours). We’re always there for our customers; if the shopping centre is open, so are we.

We help people connect with the entertainment they love, from family movie nights on the sofa to mobile streaming on the go and everyday browsing. This is your chance to turn your passion for sales and customer service into a rewarding career.
