Job summary

Poltronesofa in Telford is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Advisor to welcome customers, help them find the perfect furniture, and process orders with finance applications. You will work 20 hours per week, earning £10.85–£12.71 per hour, with opportunities for incentives while hitting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the store and assist them in finding the perfect furniture for their home.
• Process customer orders and finance applications accurately.
• Work towards sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Contribute to a 5-star showroom experience with the team.
• Maintain showroom presentation through housekeeping and moving furniture as needed.
• Create a warm, friendly, and safe store environment for everyone.
• Develop and maintain knowledge on Poltronesofà products and services.
• Undertake other duties as required.

As part of our Retail team, you’ll welcome customers into our Telford store, help them find the perfect furniture for their home, and deliver a fantastic customer experience from start to finish.

This is a great opportunity for people with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service. Offering Part-time hours designed to fit around study, family life, or other commitments

This role is for 20 hours per week.

What does the role involve?

• Welcome customers into the store and support them in finding the perfect piece of furniture for their home
• Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications
• Work towards individual sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service
• Work within the team to deliver a 5 star customer experience
• Make sure the showrooms look their best through general housekeeping, cleaning and moving furniture when it’s needed
• Help to make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone within them
• Continuously develop and maintain knowledge on all poltronesofà products and services
• Undertake, as required, other duties in keeping with the general nature of the role
