Poltronesofà S.p.A. in Bedford is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Advisor to welcome customers, help them choose furniture, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. The role offers 36 hours per week across four days with a competitive hourly rate.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the store and support them in finding the perfect piece of furniture for their home
• Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications
• Work towards individual sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service
• Work within the team to deliver a 5 star customer experience
• Keep showrooms looking their best through general housekeeping, cleaning and moving furniture when needed
• Help to ensure showrooms are warm, friendly and safe environments for everyone
• Continuously develop and maintain knowledge on all poltronesofà products and services
• Undertake other duties as required

Compensation: £10.85 - £12.71 / hour

As part of our Retail team, you’ll welcome customers into our Bedford store, help them find the perfect furniture for their home, and deliver a fantastic customer experience from start to finish.

This is a great opportunity for people with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service. Offering Part-time hours designed to fit around study, family life, or other commitments

This role is for 36 hours per week across 4 days.

What does the role involve?

• Welcome customers into the store and support them in finding the perfect piece of furniture for their home

• Make sure the showrooms look their best through general housekeeping, cleaning and moving furniture when it’s needed

• Undertake, as required, other duties in keeping with the general nature of the role
