Sky Retail places you at the heart of the customer journey, turning conversations into opportunities to connect people with Sky’s products and services. In this fast-paced store role you’ll deliver expert advice, hands-on demos and a memorable shopping experience.

You’ll be a natural people person who thrives on targets, building rapport with customers, tailoring Sky packages, and working with a supportive team to hit and celebrate wins.

• Salary: £28,177 basic salary, with a competitive commission scheme - earn on every product that activates.


• Retail customer hub: St James Centre, Edinburgh (Sky store locator)


• Hours: 40 hours per week (working 5 days out of 7, including weekends and varied daily hours). We're always there for our customers; if the shopping centre is open, so are we.

We help people connect with the entertainment they love, from family movie nights on the sofa to mobile streaming on the go and everyday browsing. This is your chance to turn your passion for sales and customer service into a rewarding career.
