Job summary

ScS is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor for our Preston store in Riversway Retail Park. You will welcome customers, discuss furniture options, and guide them to suitable choices. The role offers uncapped commission with a guaranteed monthly base, plus a range of benefits and staff discounts.

You’ll work as part of a team, driving personal sales and meeting KPIs while maintaining showroom standards and delivering a high level of customer service.

What’s the opportunity? As part of the Retail team, you’ll be based within our store in Preston in Riversway Retail Park welcoming customers in and talking to them about our gorgeous furniture. As a Retail Sales Advisor you can earn more as you sell more — our uncapped commission structure puts you in control of your income.

What does the role involve?

• Welcome customers into the store and support them in finding the perfect piece of furniture for their home
• Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications
• Accountable for delivering personal sales and KPIs
• Work within the team to deliver a 5 star customer experience
• Make sure the showrooms look their best through general housekeeping, cleaning and moving furniture when it’s needed
• Help to make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone within them
• Continuously develop and maintain knowledge on all poltronesofà products and services
• Undertake, as required, other duties in keeping with the general nature of the role

• Basic salary between £20,365 - £23,857 with no cap on commission
