Vision Express, a leading UK optical retailer backed by EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an engaged Optical Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service and expert eyewear advice in-store. You will help customers choose frames, adjust fittings, and support pre-screening eye tests using the latest optical technology.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering personalised customer service in retail or care sectors.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised product advice and service to customers.
• Assist with frame adjustments, fittings and minor repairs.
• Support pre-screening eye tests using optical tech.
