Job summary

David Clulow Opticians is seeking an Optical Assistant to deliver an exceptional customer experience and guide clients through designer frames and lenses. You will assist with fittings, adjustments and eyewear care, while supporting pre-screening and optical processes using advanced testing technologies.

What you’ll do

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience – welcome customers, understand their needs and guide them through our carefully curated selection of designer frames and lenses.
• Support fittings and adjustments – learn how to fit, adjust and care for luxury eyewear, ensuring every customer leaves perfectly satisfied.
• Assist in high-quality eye care – support pre-screening and optical processes using advanced testing technologies.
• Maintain impeccable standards – support daily store operations, visual standards and administration in a refined retail environment.
