A community-focused charity organization in Plymouth seeks a Retail Operations Manager to oversee retail operations across multiple charity shops. The role requires strong leadership skills, a commercial mindset, and experience in retail operations. You will support cluster managers, drive sales performance, and ensure compliance with guidelines. As Retail Operations Manager, you will report to the Head of Retail and be responsible for the smooth and successful running of our retail estate. You’ll lead Cluster managers, drive sales performance, champion excellent customer service, and ensure each store reflects our values and mission. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role suited to someone who thrives on variety and meaningful impact.
