Job summary

Dynamite is seeking an Operations Associate for our Carshalton store to help maximize sales by maintaining stockroom organization and managing inventory through shipments, replenishment, and eCom fulfillment. You’ll contribute to merchandising and uphold brand standards to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

As part of a dynamic team, you will support stock control, assist with markdowns, and ensure store visuals stay sharp.

Qualifications

• Must be customer-focused and able to deliver a high level of service.
• Interest in fashion and understanding of current trends.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Proactive teammate who handles multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic social media and mobile device skills are a plus.
• Comfort with computer systems used for inventory and sales.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stockroom organization and inventory accuracy.
• Process shipments and replenishment to sales floor and eCommerce orders.
• Support markdowns and visual merchandising to uphold brand standards.
• Contribute to store cleanliness, layout, and presentation for a positive customer experience.
• Assist in stock checks and inventory control to maximize sales and profitability.
