Job description
What you’ll actually be doing:
Operations & Logistics

You’ll plan weekly call cycles for our Visual Merchandisers, make sure they’re prepped with stock and POS, and coordinate with the warehouse to get deliveries out on time. You’ll track performance, follow up on checklists, and keep an eye on mileage and fuel usage.

Retail Partner Support

You’ll be the go-to person for our retail partners - solving problems, answering product queries, and making sure display stock and POS are always up to date. You’ll liaise daily with the dispatch team to make sure orders are shipped on time and our partners stay happy.

Order & Admin Management

You’ll keep the numbers neat and the records tidy, processing wholesale and VM stock orders, maintaining accurate system data, and helping out with invoicing and delivery reconciliations.

What you’ll bring to the table

We want someone who pushes us forward, not someone who just “fits the mould.”

  • 1+ year experience in logistics, order processing, or admin coordination - ideally within a retail, wholesale, or FMCG (fast-moving customer goods).
  • Top-notch organisation and time management skills - you love a good system and keep on top of the details.
  • Clear, confident communication and a knack for solving problems before they become issues.
  • Solid tech skills, especially Microsoft Excel and general office systems; experience with ERP or inventory tools (like Unleashed or Cin7) is a big plus.
  • The ability to plan ahead, juggle priorities, and keep your cool when things get busy.
