Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for multiple retail stores, providing top‑notch service and support.
  • Maintain effective and efficient communication channels between head office and stores.
  • Regularly assess and respond to operational and trading issues.
  • Collaborate with commercial and back‑of‑house teams to meet KPIs and maintain stock integrity.
  • Facilitate smooth roll‑outs of new product launches and promotional activities within stores.
  • Ensure compliance with all operational procedures and raise infrastructure or system issues as needed.
