Job Summary

Retail & Asset Solutions is hiring a Retail Minibus Driver with immediate starts. As a driver you will transport the stock‑counting team to each shift and ensure stock is counted quickly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Notify your count team of pick‑up points and timings for each shift.
• Escalate any vehicle issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Complete a team attendance sheet, detailing which counters are expected on the bus, who attended and the bus arrival time on site.
• Ensure stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
• Stand for prolonged periods; use access equipment to reach high stock as needed.

Key Skills & Experience Required

• Works unsociable hours – early mornings or night shifts; must be over 21 years old.
• Full driving licence.
• Positive “can do” attitude and ability to work long shifts on large counts.
• Quick learner – technology changes frequently.
• Experience handling stock is an advantage but not required.

Salary & Working Conditions

Salary: £13.73 per shift (inclusive of holiday pay – £12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay). Working hours are 8‑10 hour stock‑count shifts with driving time paid and a bonus. Vehicle (8‑seater minibus) and fuel are provided. Expenses paid. Generous holiday pay and pension contribution.
