Job summary

DCK Group is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant in Dover. The role requires access to a vehicle and a full driving licence, with shift pattern of 1.5 hours on Fridays between 9:00am and 5:00pm.

You will work in stores across your zone, partnering with a Team Leader for coaching. The job involves merchandising, stock deliveries, housekeeping, promotions, and building strong host relationships to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is preferred, working in retail or with fashion brands is a plus.
• Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred.
• Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with up-to-date OS.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising products to visual guidelines.
• Put out deliveries of new stock.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in-store.
• Set up promotional activities.
• Collaborate with host management teams to build relationships and identify sales opportunities.
