Job summary

Ashton Recruitment Ltd. in Ballymena seeks a Retail Merchandiser to join our client’s store team in Ballymena. The position is part-time, working 9 hours weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 6pm to 9pm.

Duties include stock replenishment, inventory checks, setting up shelving, clearing expired products and upholding health and safety policies, with emphasis on customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Flexible with working hours and can work all shifts required.
• Have a good level of customer service skills.
• Be over the age of 18.

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment within a well-established supermarket.
• Keeping a regular check on inventory to ensure stores are always furnished with sufficient supplies.
• Adhering to all health & safety policies.
• Work on own initiative and contribute effectively within a team.
• Set up and tear down shelving, stock inventory and maintain various store fixtures to uphold company appearance.
• Clearing expired, broken, and otherwise unsuitable products from the displays.
