Job summary

CPM UNITED KINGDOM LIMITED is seeking Merchandisers in the Polegate area for approximately 8–10 hours per week, with potential to increase during busy periods. The pay is £15.07 per hour PAYE including holiday pay, and onboarding and training begin within two weeks.

Flexible hours across Monday to Sunday, with fixed days on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Prior retail or merchandising experience is preferred, with health & beauty experience seen as a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or retail environments.
• Ability to build relationships with store staff.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale materials and in-store promotions.

Responsibilities

• Visit high street, grocery and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks and set up POS materials.
• Support new launches, refreshes or promotional activity.
• Navigate fixtures and merchandise per planograms.
• Stock up displays and ensure shelves are eye-catching and easy for customers to find.
• Report progress via the reporting app and photos.

Job description

We are looking for Merchandisers in the Polegate area. Approx 8 - 10 hours per week

• (However likely to increase during busy periods) £15.07 p/h PAYE including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training with long-term, ongoing work available. Flexible working across Monday to Sunday with some fixed days - Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Ideal experience would be in retail or merchandising - health & beauty would be beneficial -
• Supporting new launches, refreshes, or promotional activity.
• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up point-of-sale (POS) materials.
• Confidently navigating fixtures (e.g. gondolas, bays, shelving)
• Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
• Make sure as much stock as possible is out on shelves to help drive sales and keep displays looking great.
• Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays so they're eye-catching and easy for customers to find.
• Where possible, negotiate extra display space to help boost sales.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved from time to time.
• Ideally, experience in retail or merchandising.
• Experience in retailers such as Boots, department stores, or premium beauty chains is desirable.
• Someone who is available Monday to Sunday. We do have fixed visits to be completed on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
• Someone reliable, adaptable, and happy working independently.
• Confident talking to store staff and building good in-store relationships.
• Takes pride in their work.
• Use your own car, as you may need to carry promotional materials or small displays (these may be delivered and stored to your home).
• Use of a phone or tablet to complete reporting on our app - this includes sending clear photos and sharing useful feedback.

• Exposure to working with well-known brands in store
