Job summary

eXPD8 is excited to recruit a Retail Merchandiser in the Gateshead Metrocentre area. This part-time role offers 15 hours per week across Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings to visit stores, set up and maintain product displays, and ensure compliance with client briefs and quality standards.

You will work independently, report via smartphone, and keep the District Team Leader informed of any issues to maintain on-time, accurate store execution.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores on schedule to set up and maintain product displays.
• Follow instructions (planograms) and client guidelines for each visit.
• Make sure displays look great, are safe, and meet company and legal standards.
• Take clear photos and write short reports after each visit using company systems.
• Let your Team Leader know if you run into problems (like missing stock or access issues).
• Build good relationships with store staff and represent the company professionally.
• Keep up with any required training or certifications.
• Complete all store visits on time.
• Follow instructions and keep displays looking their best.

eXPD8 are excited to be recruiting for a Retail Merchandiser in The Metrocentre, Gateshead area. Hours: 15 Hours per week across the following days: Monday: 07:00- 11:00 Tuesday 07:00 - 10:00 Thursday: 07:00 - 11:00 Friday 07:00 - 11:00 As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality field activity across assigned retail stores. You will set up, maintain, and check product displays to make sure each visit is completed accurately, safely, and on time, in line with client briefs, service level agreements, and quality standards. Working in the store, the Retail Merchandiser will follow daily schedules and client instructions, using your judgement and attention to detail to deliver consistent in-store execution. You will work independently while keeping in regular contact with your District Team Leader to flag any risks, resolve issues, and keep activity on track. As the Retail Merchandiser you will also act as the eyes and ears in store, providing clear
written updates and photographs that support client reporting, insight, and continuous improvement.
