You’ll be joining a bespoke, cross-disciplinary team dedicated to supporting a portfolio of globally iconic consumer brands spanning snacking, pet care, and food & nutrition. Within this structure, the commerce division acts as a centre of excellence, empowering brands to excel across eRetail, marketplaces, retail media, and emerging direct-to-consumer environments. The group is investing heavily in commerce transformation and advanced retail media capabilities - offering a dynamic environment for ambitious specialists to grow.

The Role

As Retail Media Account Manager, you’ll play a central role in delivering and optimising high-performing retail media campaigns across leading platforms. Partnering closely with a major global FMCG client (alcohol brand) you’ll ensure excellence across onsite, off-site, and in-store retail media activations while helping shape innovation roadmaps that elevate performance and accelerate commercial outcomes.

This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role suited to someone who combines strong technical capability with confident communication, operational rigour, and leadership potential.

Key Responsibilities
Retail Media Activation & Performance
  • Manage day‑to‑day delivery of retail media campaigns across platforms such as Amazon Ads and Criteo.

  • Drive continuous optimisation to maximise performance, efficiency, and retail media ROI.

  • Implement robust QA processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and operational excellence.

Client Partnership & Communication
  • Lead regular communication with client stakeholders to strengthen relationships and ensure flawless service delivery.

  • Provide clear reporting, performance insights, and strategic recommendations that support long‑term account growth.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of annual growth strategies and innovation plans.

You
  • Hands‑on experience with platforms such as Amazon Ads and Criteo, with a track record of managing large, performance‑driven accounts.

  • Strong understanding of Amazon Search & DSP strategy, retail media optimisation, attribution, conversion rate optimisation, retail readiness, and consumer behaviour.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort managing senior stakeholders.

  • Experience leading or managing direct reports, with a talent for coaching and enabling others.

  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to setting goals, shaping roadmaps, and achieving measurable outcomes.

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for data analysis and reporting.

  • Platform certifications (Amazon Ads, Criteo, or retailer‑specific accreditations) are a strong advantage.
