As Retail Marketing Manager - Europe, you will lead the execution of retail-focused marketing strategies that elevate RENPHO's brand presence, drive sell‑through, and deliver scalable growth across key European markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of retail-focused marketing strategies that elevate RENPHO's brand presence, drive sell‑through, and deliver scalable growth across key European markets.
- Develop and implement integrated retail marketing plans for European markets (in‑store, POS, promotional campaigns, brand activations).
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure consistent brand presentation across physical and digital retail environments.
- Manage retail marketing assets including packaging updates, POS materials, and in‑store display execution.
- Lead in‑store activations, merchandising standards, promotional events, and product launch marketing.
- Manage social media campaigns and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate training and product education initiatives for retail partners' sales staff or brand ambassadors.
- Analyse campaign and sales performance to optimise future retail strategies and ROI.
- Manage retail marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and strong return on investment.
- Ensure all campaigns align with global brand guidelines and adapt appropriately for local market needs.
- Cooperate with sales teams and partners to ensure products stand out both online and in physical retail environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4‑6+ years of experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, or consumer brand marketing within multi‑country environments.
- Strong understanding of European retail ecosystems – consumer electronics, wellness, fitness, or lifestyle category experience is highly valued.
- Proven track record managing omnichannel retail campaigns and partnerships.
- Data‑driven decision‑making skills with the ability to translate insights into commercial actions.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building capabilities.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel as required.
