Job description
Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a market-leading fashion business as a Retail Marketing Executive. This is a highly collaborative, relationship-led role at the heart of marketing, sales, and retail partnerships. You will act as the key liaison between central marketing, regional sales and fit teams, and a wide network of B2B retail partners across the UK and Ireland. The focus of this role is building strong relationships, supporting retail partners, and activating marketing plans that drive sell-out.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with national accounts, independent retailers, and ecommerce partners, coordinating marketing requests, campaign rollouts, and asset delivery to ensure every partner receives tailored support. In addition, you will adapt global marketing campaigns and seasonal assets for the local market, ensuring consistent and accurate brand representation across stores, websites, and marketing channels.

The role also includes supporting seasonal product launches and go-to-market plans, and presenting ranges and commercial plans in person to distributors and retailers twice per year. You'll also help gather market insights, monitor competitor activity, track campaign performance, and contribute insights that support commercial decisions.

Qualifications

This role is ideal for someone confident, personable, and commercially aware, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. You should enjoy speaking to customers, presenting plans, and becoming a trusted partner to retail teams.

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential. Experience in B2B marketing, retail marketing, or working with national accounts is preferred, and knowledge of fashion or lingerie is advantageous, but the right personality is key. So if you have a marketing degree but come from a different job at a retailer, or if you have marketing experience and a strong outgoing confident personality that could also work.

Working Conditions

You must be able to drive due to the location and travel requirements, and hybrid working is available after probation, with approximately 50% of time working from home.

Location

Due to their location this position it would suit applicants from Leicester, Northampton, Coventry, Lutterworth, Market Harborough, Kettering, St Neots, Wellingborough, Huntingdon or Peterborough.
