Job summary

Vax is seeking a Retail Marketing Executive to join its Sales & Marketing team in the UK. The role focuses on coordinating content across retail channels, ensuring a consistent brand experience, and supporting product launches with data-led insights.

You will work across multiple teams, manage timelines and budgets, and use market data to drive improvements in retail marketing activities. A hybrid working pattern and a fast-paced environment are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or 2–3 years in a Sales & Marketing role.
• Passion for performance marketing, planning, execution and measurement.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver marketing content across retail channels for products and campaigns.
• Ensure a consistent and engaging brand experience across the full marketing mix.
• Manage and maintain accurate product information to support campaign execution.
• Develop and manage content briefs, ensuring assets are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Work with Sales and Marketing teams to align campaign schedules, product launches and promotions.
• Track retail campaigns from planning through delivery, managing timelines and budgets.
• Provide regular updates on campaign milestones and deadlines.
• Partner with Product, Creative and wider teams to ensure all campaign requirements are delivered efficiently.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and retail partners to maximise campaign success.
• Work closely with National Account Managers to align forecasts and commercial priorities.
• Use campaign reports and market insights to improve activity.
• Analyse campaign performance, ROI and effectiveness, providing recommendations.
