The role suits an experienced Retail Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor who enjoys leading people and getting involved in fundraising for good causes. Part-time and full-time hours available.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience and ability to supervise and lead others.
• Store leadership experience or progression (e.g., Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader) for a seasonal role.
• Charity retail or volunteer management experience would be advantageous.
• Organised, reliable and capable of taking responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support the shop team and volunteers.
• Organise volunteer rotas and ensure shop cover.
• Drive sales and maximise funds raised for charities.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle merchandising, deliveries and stock management.

C2 Recruitment is looking for an enthusiastic Seasonal Retail Managers to run a busy temporary shop in various locations across the UK, helping raise valuable funds for charities and good causes.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Retail Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor who enjoys leading people, delivering great customer service and getting stuck in.

The Role

You'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the shop, working alongside a team of volunteers to maximise sales and create a welcoming experience for customers.
