Salary & Incentives

Basic salary: £27,500
On‑target earnings (OTE): £52,500

Role & Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all financial and insurance product regulations during sales negotiations.
  • Establish rapport quickly, providing fair and customer‑centric service.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
  • Track and analyse finance and insurance performance against budget, addressing shortfalls.
  • Support management in planning, forecasting, and refining dealership strategies.
  • Co‑achieve team objectives through coaching and development.
  • Provide regular performance feedback to the General Manager.
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience as a Business, Finance, or Retail Manager within the automotive sector.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting demands.
  • Excellent relationship‑building, customer‑facing, and negotiation skills.
  • Honesty, respect, and a high sense of integrity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; self‑motivated.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
