We’re seeking individuals who bring leadership, enthusiasm, and cycling expertise to help us deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Store Manager & Assistant Manager
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of cycling enthusiasts, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, merchandising, health and safety, and financial targets.
  • Ensure a positive, memorable experience for every customer by sharing expert product knowledge and advice.
  • Maintain an attractive and well-organised store environment aligned with Evans Cycles brand standards.
  • Coach and train your team continuously, helping them develop skills and product knowledge.
  • Drive store performance through sales targets, KPI tracking, and innovative sales strategies.
  • Support administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and cash handling.
Cycle Technician/Supervisor Technician
  • Oversee the workshop team, ensuring high-quality repairs, servicing, and safety checks.
  • Lead by example with hands-on mechanical expertise and customer-focused service.
  • Manage workshop inventory, tools, and equipment.
  • Provide clear, friendly advice and support to customers on bike maintenance and upgrades.
  • Maintain high standards of workshop safety and operational efficiency.
Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in retail, preferably within cycling, sports, or outdoor sectors.
  • Genuine passion for cycling and a solid understanding of bikes and cycling products.
