Job summary

Momentum Instore is seeking flexible Retail Installer & Merchandisers to join our team, working with top brands in major high street stores. You will visit retailers, update stands using planograms, install POS, and resequence stock as required.

This is a project-based role with regional travel up to 50 miles from home, Monday–Friday, full days, and training provided. A retail or merchandising background helps, but full training is supplied.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising is a plus but full training is provided.
• Able to work independently and manage project-based tasks.
• Comfortable travelling regionally to multiple stores.

Responsibilities

• Visit retailers and use planograms to update stands with attention to detail.
• Move and install parts, resequence stock according to new planograms.
• Change visuals/graphics and maintain fresh presentation of displays.
• Assemble and relocate display stands and counters in retail outlets.
• Install POS and profile shelving as required to meet standards.
• Travel to depot for kit collection; travel time is paid.

Retail Installer & Merchandiser - Flexible

Momentum Instore is looking for flexible Retail Installer & Merchandisers to join our team, working with top names like L’Oréal Paris, Nyx Professional Make Up, Max Factor, and Maybelline in major high street stores. Working in major supermarkets merchandising vape units, displays, stands and POS installation. This can be a varied role!

This is a flexible, project-based role where you’ll help keep store stands and displays fresh, stocked, and beautifully presented for shoppers—perfect for anyone who enjoys independent, hands‑on work.

We have projects mid-September and throughout with our peak times being January and July

We are looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented people who are comfortable working independently and travelling regionally.

Retail or merchandising experience is a plus, but full training is provided.

Work on a project-by-project basis. With other projects available such as merchandising vape stands in a major supermarket retailer. Also collecting asset tags from major supermarket retail and returning to the local depot.

Retail Installer & Merchandiser Role And Responsibilities

• Visiting retailers and using detailed planograms to update the stand (attention to detail)
• Moving and installing new parts around and resequencing stock according to a new planogram
• Changing over the visuals/graphics
• Maintaining the stand, keeping it looking fresh for customers that visit the store
• Assemble and relocate display stands and counters in retail outlets
• Merchandise and resequence stock using detailed planograms
• Stand maintenance
• Installing Point Of Sale
• Profile shelving, install equipment and implement displays to a high standard
• Use initiative to problem solve
• Travelling to your depot* for kit collection, which is paid time.
