Job summary

Momentum Instore is seeking flexible Retail Installer & Merchandisers to work on major high street stores with brands like L’Oréal, Nyx and Maybelline. Projects mid-September and throughout the year, peak times in January and July. You’ll work independently, travel regionally, and install/merchandise vape units, displays and POS.

Full training provided; prior retail or merchandising experience is a plus. Pay rate is £13.71 per hour plus expenses.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience is a plus, but full training is provided.
• Enthusiastic, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently.
• Willing to travel regionally and visit multiple retailers.

Responsibilities

• Visit retailers and update stands using planograms with close attention to detail.
• Move and install new parts, resequence stock per new planogram.
• Change over visuals/graphics and maintain attractive displays.
• Assemble and relocate display stands and counters in retail outlets.
• Merchandise and resequence stock to meet new layouts.
• Maintain stands, keeping them fresh for shoppers.
• Install Point Of Sale and profile shelving as required.
• Set up equipment and displays to a high standard.
• Use initiative to solve problems on site.
• Travel to depot for kit collection, with travel time paid.

Retail Installer & Merchandiser - Flexible

Momentum Instore is looking for flexible Retail Installer & Merchandisers to join our team, working with top names like L’Oréal Paris, Nyx Professional Make Up, Max Factor, and Maybelline in major high street stores. Working in major supermarkets merchandising vape units, displays, stands and POS installation. This can be a varied role!

This is a flexible, project-based role where you’ll help keep store stands and displays fresh, stocked, and beautifully presented for shoppers—perfect for anyone who enjoys independent, hands-on work.

We have projects mid-September and throughout with our peak times being January and July

We are looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented people who are comfortable working independently and travelling regionally.

Retail or merchandising experience is a plus, but full training is provided

Work on a project-by-project basis. With other projects available such as merchandising vape stands in a major supermarket retailer. Also collecting asset tags from major supermarket retail and returning to the local depot.

Retail Installer & Merchandiser Role And Responsibilities

• Visiting retailers and using detailed planograms to update the stand (attention to detail)
• Moving and installing new parts around and resequencing stock according to a new planogram
• Changing over the visuals/graphics
• Maintaining the stand, keeping it looking fresh for customers that visit the store
• Assemble and relocate display stands and counters in retail outlets
• Merchandise and resequence stock using detailed planograms
• Stand maintenance
• Installing Point Of Sale
• Profile shelving, install equipment and implement displays to a high standard
• Use initiative to problem solve
• Travelling to your depot* for kit collection, which is paid time.
