A leading health and wellness company in the UK is looking for an HR Manager to be the first HR employee in Europe. This role involves building HR processes and supporting retail teams across the UK. Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of HR experience and knowledge of UK employment law. Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential. Qualifications

  • 5 - 7 years HR Manager and/or Business Partner experience.
  • Previous work experience in Retail and with a Global company.
  • Experience supporting hourly employee client groups.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and coaching to management and employees.
  • Conduct investigations into complex employee relations issues.
  • Develop HR programs aligned with company culture.

Skills

Knowledge of employment law across the UK
