Do you want to lead the retail culinary team as Retail Head Chef of a unique London venue?

I'm looking for an Retail Head Chef who possesses the following:

• The ability to manage a large BOH team

• Strong retail (cafe/restaurant) experience

• Passionate about designing and creating bespoke menus

• Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety

• A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce

All candidates applying for this Retail Head Chef role must have been in a similar level Head Chef position within the last year.
