Location: Currys in Braehead Shopping Centre.

Hours: 24 hours per week, 8 hours per day (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday).

As a Dyson Expert, you are often the first person customers meet. This first impression matters. It’s not just about making a sale; it’s about starting a relationship and sharing what makes Dyson different.

Key responsibilities

• Product Expertise: Become an authority on Dyson machines—their features, benefits, and real‑world uses. Help customers choose with confidence.
• Customer Engagement: Welcome every customer with energy and warmth. Listen closely, answer their questions, and recommend solutions that fit their needs.
• Demonstration and Sales: Actively demonstrate our products, making the unique technology and benefits clear—and compelling.
• Store Presentation: Keep the store organised and inviting, with products displayed for easy interaction.
• Stock Management: Monitor inventory, assist with restocking, and quickly address any stock issues.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your teammates and retail partners to ensure every customer leaves with a world‑class Dyson experience.
