Job summary

Momentum Instore is seeking a flexible Retail Display Co-ordinator to work on exciting brand campaigns in major high street retailers and supermarkets across the region. You will visit stores to update stands, install displays, and ensure visuals are refreshed to attract shoppers.

This is a field-based, project-based role with regional travel, full training provided, and a typical Monday–Friday schedule. A uniform and company van are supplied for business use where applicable.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience is a plus, but full training is provided.
• Willingness to travel regionally to depots and stores.
• Role is project-based and flexible, with field assignments across retailers.

Responsibilities

• Visit retailers and update stands using planograms with attention to detail.
• Move and install new parts, resequence stock per new planogram.
• Change visuals/graphics and maintain stands for shopper appeal.
• Assemble and relocate display stands and counters in retail outlets.
• Install Point Of Sale and set up shelving/equipment to a high standard.
• Travel to depot for kit collection; travel time is paid.

Working in major supermarkets merchandising vape units, displays, stands and POS installation. This can be a varied role!

Momentum Instore is looking for flexible Retail Display Co-ordinator to join our team, working with top names like L'Oreal Paris, Nyx Professional Make Up, Max Factor, and Maybelline in major high street stores. Working in major supermarkets merchandising vape units, displays, stands and POS installation. This can be a varied role!

This is a flexible, project-based role where you'll help keep store stands and displays fresh, stocked, and beautifully presented for shoppers - perfect for anyone who enjoys independent, hands-on work.

We have projects all year round with our peak times being January and July

We are looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented people who are comfortable working independently and travelling regionally.

Retail or merchandising experience is a plus, but full training is provided.

Work on a project-by-project basis. With other projects available such as merchandising vape stands in a major supermarket retailer. Also collecting asset tags from major supermarket retail and returning to the local depot.

Retail Display Co-ordinator Role And Responsibilities

• Visiting retailers and using detailed planograms to update the stand (attention to detail)
• Moving and installing new parts around and resequencing stock according to a new planogram
• Changing over the visuals/graphics
• Maintaining the stand, keeping it looking fresh for customers that visit the store
• Assemble and relocate display stands and counters in retail outlets
• Merchandise and resequence stock using detailed planograms
• Stand maintenance
• Installing Point Of Sale
• Profile shelving, install equipment and implement displays to a high standard
• Use initiative to problem solve
• Travelling to your depot* for kit collection, which is paid time.
