Qualifications

  • 1-2 years previous supervisory or management experience in retail sales.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales associates to improve overall selling skills and close sales.
  • Drive sales for an assigned category in partnership with the Store Manager.
  • Coach and provide feedback to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage customer flow and ensure attentive service.
  • Coach 'in the moment' to enhance sales performance.
  • Develop and retain talented employees through recognition.
  • Integrate new joiners into the business.
  • Resolve difficult customer issues and escalate when necessary.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of POS system
Ability to handle complex customer service issues
Experience with Apple mobile devices
Fluent and professional dialogue with clients
