James Hall & Co Ltd is hiring a Retail Assistant & Deli Assistant to deliver excellent customer service and help the store run smoothly. You will work with a friendly team and ensure every customer has a positive experience.

Key duties include serving customers, handling till and cash, managing stock, preparing deli products, and upholding food safety standards and cleanliness in a busy retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Maximise sales by delivering excellent customer service
• Control costs and reduce waste
• Operate the till and handle cash accurately
• Manage stock levels and replenish as needed
• Maintain store security per company procedures
• Provide friendly, helpful service and share product knowledge
• Prepare, bake, and present deli products
• Keep shelves and counters stocked and well-displayed
• Follow food safety standards including allergen awareness, labeling and audits
• Keep equipment and work areas clean, safe and sanitised at all times
