Job summary

Entain Italia is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to join our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shop teams. You will deliver top customer service, drive standards daily, and report to the Shop Manager as part of the Shop team.

You will take bets, handle cash transactions, demonstrate products, and work towards targets while maintaining high shop standards. Availability Monday–Friday 5pm–10pm, Saturday–Sunday 8am–10pm, with a 16-hour weekly rota.

• Must be 18 years of age or over to work in betting shops.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Confident working with customers in person.
• Familiar with cash handling and payment transactions.

Job Description

As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you will play an important role in the Entain family, delivering top customer service and driving standards daily. In our exciting, dynamic Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops no two days are the same and you'll have the chance to contribute to a team that wins together and does what's right by our customers.

Reporting to the Shop Manager you will be part of the Shop team, who will serve customers and build relationships to encourage repeat custom.

Salary is £13.00 per hour

What you will do

• Take bets on different sports and events.
• Process customer transactions including cash handling.
• Help demonstrate our products and betting terminals to customers.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills.
• Work towards defined targets.
• Maintain high shop standards.
• Open or close the shop.

Work patterns

This position requires availability from Monday - Friday 5pm - 10pm and Saturday, Sunday 8am - 10pm. This includes weekends and bank holidays.

Your typical weekly rota will be 16 hours and made up of a blend of long opening shifts (once you've completed your training), long closing shifts and shorter evening shifts, and will vary week to week. As a key holder you will be responsible for opening and closing the shop.
