Job summary

NEXT is looking for a friendly, customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our fast-paced store team. You will cover weekend and evening shifts including Sun 11:00-16:30, Mon 16:30-20:00, Thu 15:30-20:00, Fri 15:30-18:30 and Sat 11:30-18:00 (total 22.25 hrs p/w).

You’ll help customers find products, share knowledge, and work across sales floors, stockrooms and deliveries. Flexible working options are available with a focus on great service.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Calm, friendly and efficient, even on busy days.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, varied environment.

Responsibilities

• Offer fast and friendly service at all times, helping customers to find the perfect products.
