One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary in Wilton, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our fast-paced retail team. You will be at the heart of the store, delivering friendly service, assisting customers, stocking shelves, processing payments and helping maintain the shop’s appearance.

You will work across areas of the store, follow safety policies, and support colleagues to ensure a smooth shopping experience for everyone.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers
• Stock shelves and maintain store appearance
• Process payments at the till and handle basic transactions
• Assist customers with queries and direct them to the right departments
• Follow safety policies to keep the store safe and compliant
• Support across store areas including online orders, replenishment and stock routines
