We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to teach AI chatbots through conversations, measuring their progress, and creating new dialogues to improve their responses.

As part of the application process, you will complete an assessment. Successful candidates will access projects, with ongoing opportunities based on work quality. Most candidates work 5-20 hours per week, up to 40 hours.
