Job summary

Certas Energy in Brecon is seeking a part-time Retail Customer Service Assistant to welcome customers and keep the forecourt and store running smoothly. The role focuses on friendly service, accurate till transactions, stock replenishment, and adherence to health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a retail environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team with a positive attitude.
• Aged 18 or over due to licensing and lone working rules.
• Retail experience is desirable but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service at the till.

As the face of our store, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive customer experience while supporting the day-to-day running of our petrol filling station and convenience store.
