Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Ideally some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and explain features and benefits.
• Demonstrate and explainHalfords fitting services and product usage.
• Learn product knowledge and service procedures through training.
